Where We Ship

Desert Sun Dates ships farm-direct California Medjool and Zahidi dates to all 50 states. We harvest once a year — what’s shipping now is this season’s crop, and when it sells through, it’s gone until next harvest. We ship via USPS Priority Mail from our family farm in Sky Valley, California, with most orders arriving within 2–5 business days.

Shipping is free to the lower 48 on every size and every variety — the price on the product page is the price you pay, with nothing added at checkout. Alaska and Hawaii we do ship, but a box costs roughly as much to send as the dates inside it are worth, so those are rated at checkout instead; for a larger order there, get in touch and we will work out the best way to get it to you.

A quick word about the city list below, because it confuses some folks: it is not a list of the only places we deliver. We ship to every address in the lower 48 — the cities below are just delivery guides for the places we ship most often. If your town isn’t on the list, your dates still arrive the same way: USPS Priority, direct from our Coachella Valley orchard.

Buying for a store, a masjid, an event, or just a serious date habit? Our 24, 36 and 60 lb Medjool cases ship free in the lower 48, and we keep a page for each region we ship the most: Palm Springs, Coachella Valley, Los Angeles, Manhattan Beach & the South Bay, Orange County, Riverside & the Inland Empire and San Diego.
