Fresh dates without the drive

Palm Desert sits in the middle of the valley that grows nearly all of America’s dates, yet most of what is sold locally is packed and shipped from somewhere else. Ours come from a single family farm a short way up the valley. We hand-harvest, sort so only the largest fruit ships, and keep the crop in our own cold room until your order goes out. The dates are whole, unpitted, one ingredient.

We harvest once a year. When the cold room is empty we are out until the next season, so if you are planning for the holidays, order early.
