Stuffed Dates with peanut butter
These stuffed dates with peanut butter are a five-minute no-bake snack that feels indulgent but is made entirely from whole ingredients. Creamy nut butter, chopped dark chocolate, and a pinch of sea salt turn a single Medjool date into something that tastes like dessert. Our farm-grown Medjool dates are ideal here — their naturally soft, caramel-like texture is made for stuffing.
