Why dates make a good healthy gift
- One ingredient. Whole Medjool dates. No added sugar, no coating, no preservatives.
- Sweet without the candy. They taste like caramel, so they land like a treat.
- Naturally vegan and gluten-free, which makes them easy for a mixed group or an office.
- They keep. Months in the fridge, longer frozen, so nothing goes to waste after the holidays. See the storage guide.
- Farm-direct. Picked this season, packed by the people who grew them, from California’s Coachella Valley.
