Yes, we ship Medjool dates to Canada. We’re a family date farm in Sky Valley, California, growing jumbo Medjool and golden Zahidi dates. Our online checkout ships within the U.S., but we send orders to Canada one at a time: tell us what you’d like and where it’s going, and we’ll quote the real shipping cost before you pay anything.

Fresh Medjool and Zahidi dates, straight from the grower
- Jumbo Medjool dates: soft, rich and caramel-sweet. Great for snacking, stuffing, gifts and Ramadan iftar. Here is how to pick a good Medjool.
- Golden Zahidi dates: firmer, nutty and less sweet than Medjool. Excellent for baking and everyday eating.
- Whole and unpitted, from this season’s harvest, packed in sealed containers on our farm. Nothing added, nothing coated.
Most dates sold in Canadian stores have travelled through importers and warehouses. Ours go from our cold room to your door.

Bulk Medjool dates for Canada
Buying for a large family, a community event, Ramadan or gifting? We pack Medjool and Zahidi in cases from 24 lb up to 100 lb. Larger boxes are much better value to ship per pound.
Personal orders: Canada allows food bought online for personal use, with dried and processed fruit from the U.S. limited to 20 kg (about 44 lb) per person. Business and resale orders (stores, restaurants, distributors) are imported by the buyer under their own Canadian import licence. Tell us on the form and we’ll work out shipping or freight with you.

Dates keep well, so a bigger order isn’t a problem: see our storage guide for pantry, fridge and freezer times. Buying for Ramadan? Read about Ramadan dates in bulk, and for gifting see how to send dates as a gift. Our FAQ and where we ship pages cover U.S. delivery.

Questions from Canadian customers
Can you ship dates to Canada?
Yes. We ship to Canada by request. Use the form below and we’ll quote your order with real shipping before you pay.
How much does shipping to Canada cost?
It depends on weight and destination, so we quote each order at cost. Shipping isn’t included for Canada the way it is in the U.S., and bigger boxes (4–12 lb) are the best value per pound.
Will I pay duty or GST/HST?
Canada may charge GST/HST and a handling fee when your package arrives, depending on its value. We fill in the customs forms accurately; your dates are grown in California.
Are dates allowed into Canada?
Yes, for personal use. Canada’s food inspection rules allow dried and processed fruit from the U.S. for personal use up to 20 kg per person, including food bought online. Business orders need the buyer’s own import licence.
How long does delivery take?
We ship within 3 business days of payment. Delivery time to Canada depends on the service and your location; we’ll give you an estimate with your quote.
Are your Medjool dates fresh?
Yes. They’re this season’s harvest, kept in our farm’s cold room until they ship. Medjool dates ripen and cure on the palm, so they arrive soft and naturally sweet, never dried out or coated.
