Why those dates: we pack fresh and ship within 3 business days, transit runs 1–4 days depending on where the box is headed, and December carriers are December carriers. Order inside the window and there’s cushion; order the last day and it should still make it — we just can’t promise the weather will cooperate.

How the gift box works

Choose a size, add it to your cart, and at checkout enter the recipient’s address as the shipping address and your message in the order notes. We hand-write nothing by machine: your note rides along with fruit we picked this season, whole and glossy, with the pit in — nature’s freshness seal. The host — the 2 lb box ($29). Opens it that evening, serves it with cheese and coffee, remembers you.

The family you’d normally send a fruit basket — the 4 lb box ($49). Half gets eaten by New Year’s; the rest keeps beautifully in the fridge for months.
