We are a working farm in Sky Valley, minutes from Palm Springs, Indio, Coachella, Palm Desert and Cathedral City. Buyers in the valley and in Riverside can arrange pickup at the ranch instead of shipping — ask when you request a quote.

Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. Ask for a sample case with your quote request — most bulk buyers start there.

Do you offer standing or seasonal orders?
Yes. Holiday programs for Rosh Hashanah, Sukkot and Ramadan are booked ahead — tell us your date and we reserve the fruit.

Are these organic or kosher certified?
They are grown without pesticides but are not certified organic, and we do not hold a kosher certification. They are a single-ingredient whole fruit from our own ranch.

How long do they keep?
Three months at room temperature, nine months refrigerated, and over a year frozen. Bulk quantities are easy to hold.
